Accessing NDIS
If you are new to the NDIS we can help you to apply for mental health service and support access to the scheme as well as help you navigate through the process. Our staff are experienced in all stages of applying and using the NDIS and can help you throughout your NDIS journey.
Daily Living Skills
If you have a goal of improving you daily living skills in your NDIS plan, you can develop those skills at Toowoomba Clubhouse. We teach daily living skills in all of the units at Toowoomba Clubhouse - from meal planning, budgeting and preparation in the Kitchen Unit through to computing and administration skills in the Admin and Media Unit. In our Garden Unit you learn basic maintenance skills as well as how to grow your own food and maintain a garden.
In all units we encourage you to try new things and develop new skills but always at your own pace.
Social and Community Participation
If you have a goal of improving your social connections and engaging in the community, you can develop those skills through our social recreation program. In this program, we participate in weekly activities in the community as well as monthly weekend outings and overnight camps twice per year.
