Clubhouse Christmas Party 2019

Members and Staff enjoyed a delicious roast Christmas Lunch at our Christmas party on 18 December 2019. It was a great way of joining together to celebrate the Silly Season and give thanks for all that we have done together in 2019.

Big thanks to Hamish for the Christmas cake and to Pete for his "Dad jokes" inside our Christmas crackers and to all the members who helped us in some way to prep food and or to make Christmas decorations. Above you will see some pictures of the preparation, decorations and festivities, with more than 70 members joining us on the day.

No Christmas party is complete without crackers and we weren’t going to miss out on the tradition.  Thank you to the members who created homemade crackers for everyone to share and special thanks to member Pete for the “corny” jokes inside the 70+ crackers!

On behalf of the Management Committee and Staff of Toowoomba Clubhouse we’d like to say thank you to all our members and supporters for an amazing 2019.  We’ve had dozens of members find employment, a number have also completed qualifications and stepped into volunteer roles, and every one of our members has identified and been working toward a goal for their recovery.

We look forward to seeing everyone in the New Year 2020.
