These programmes are for people with more serious barriers to community participation. To be part of these programmes at Clubhouse requires eligibility to be a Clubhouse member.

Social Support Programme

This programme is part of the government "Home and Community Care" programme.

What Can Be Offered

The concern here is for people living in the community who are at risk of social isolation and thus in urgent need of support, because of a psychiatric disorder in conjunction with another issue.
The other issue could be
  • intellectual, physical or sensory disability
  • acquired brain injury
  • or a substance abuse problem.

Are You Eligible?

Contact our Clubhouse to make an appointment. We will introduce you to Clubhouse and have a chat to assess your needs and the level of risk you face without support. Unfortunately there is a waiting list for this service, but the priority of your needs will be considered. It is useful to have a referral from your General Practitioner or other health professional.
